Where is your store based?
In Germany.

Who runs your store?
Only me (fantakoi)! I’m responsible for checking new orders, replying to e-mails, and I’m the only person in charge of packing and shipping the items. That’s why sometimes it might take a little longer than expected, depending on the amount of orders. I’ll make sure to pack everything neatly and with extra love.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I do!

When will my items be shipped?
In case you have preordered an item, your order will be shipped once the general preorder phase has ended and after a short preparation time.

Regular orders will be sent out as soon as possible. Once I’ll receive your payment your order is ready to be packed. Usually I ship orders once or twice a week, it depends on when I’m able to go to the post office. You will be notified via e-mail when your order has been shipped (“your order has been completed“).

When will my order arrive?
Domestic delivery usually takes 2-10 business days. International shipping might take 2 to 12 weeks.

I did not receive my order. What now?
If you chose the tracked shipping option, I can either offer you a 50% refund or send your items again. You will only have to pay for the shipping again.
If you chose regular shipping then I cannot be held reliable for items that get lost on their way to the customer. Please check with your local post office if they have your package. In case your order gets lost I cannot refund or replace your order, I’m very sorry. But still, please contact me through the contact form with your name and order number, and we’ll try to find a solution together!

I want to return the items I bought and get a refund.
Once your items have been shipped, I cannot offer a refund anymore. Exception: If the items you received are not what you ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receiving them and I will either send you the correct items or offer you a refund.

I received my order but the package was damaged.
I will always make sure to pack your items as secure as possible, so that nothing gets damaged. However, once your order has been shipped, things are not in my hands anymore. I’m are not liable for damage of items during transit. Any damaged goods cannot be exchanged or be eligible for refund.

I bought something from your shop, but I did not get a confirmation e-mail.
Please check your spam folder, the mail might be there! If it isn’t, please contact me through the contact form with your name and your e-mail address and I’ll see if your order came through or not!

Which payment options do you accept?
The KANDIKOI checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal’s secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order. (check first)

Why is your currency in EURO and not in USD or any other currency?
I live in Germany and the currency we use is EURO, therefore all items are listed in EURO. However you can use a currency converter to find out the exact amount in your own currency! Also, if you pay via PayPal, your currency will automatically be converted into EURO during the payment process. It’s an automated process and you don’t have to worry about converting it yourself.
